Base rate is $100/hr per therapist, with a minimum of 2 hours. A travel fee may apply, depending on location. Discounts may apply if booking more than one therapist, or if booking recurring events. Please contact for more details!
Chair massage focuses on the upper body, and is best suited for offices and events, as participants remain fully clothed. Little or no lotion is used, and the main areas of the body massaged are hands, arms, neck, shoulders, head, and back.
A massage chair requires less space than a massage table, so it is more convenient for small spaces, offices, or booths.
A table can also be brought upon request. Massage tables are useful at festivals, marathons, or events where participants are doing a lot of standing/walking. Please let us know if you prefer a table!
Your licensed massage therapist will arrive 20-30 min prior to start time with all supplies needed, including massage chair, disposable face cradle covers, sanitizing cleaner to use between each client, intake form/waiver, relaxing music, and aromatherapy (if requested).
A schedule with time slots can be provided, or you may provide your own, depending on preference.
When the therapist arrives, they will bring in supplies and set up in the provided space.
Most massage events have 10, 15, 20, or 30 minute massage time slots. Length of time slots will vary based on the number of participants, but we suggest allowing at least 15 min per person (hands-on massage time is usually 13 min, with 2 min to sanitize chair and switch to next client).
After the event, a receipt will be provided via email.
Absolutely! We have a fantastic network of friendly and experienced on-site massage therapists available. Please let us know how many you would like at time of booking.
Please honor the time our therapists have set aside for you by complying with the following:
Payment is due at time of booking confirmation.
Cancellations received more than 5 days in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received less than 5 days before the scheduled service will be assessed a cancellation fee that is 50% of the service price.
Rescheduling may be allowed depending on therapist availability, and a $30 admin fee will apply.
Rescheduling requests received less than 5 days before the scheduled service will be treated as a cancellation - please see the above cancellation policy for details.
Currently we have therapists available in Central Texas and Western North Carolina.
In Texas, we serve Austin and the surrounding area, Kyle, Buda, San Marcos, New Braunfels, and also the San Antonio area.
In WNC, we have therapists available in Cullowhee, Sylva, Franklin, Highlands, Cashiers, Bryson City, and the Asheville area.
